THE FREE PILOT
Your first automation. A clear, free starting point.
One small workflow can be a better first step than a big technology project. This pilot covers the setup work for one agreed, low-risk automation, with the boundaries written down before a build begins.
What the free build includes
The pilot covers scoping, implementation, testing, and handoff for one workflow: one trigger, up to three action steps, and up to two existing business apps. It also includes one small revision, a handoff guide, and 14 days of fixes for defects in the agreed build.
A good starting point is a website inquiry becoming an internal summary, or a small recurring report being prepared for review. The goal is one working improvement, not a custom software platform.
Existing subscriptions, new software, and AI usage may have separate costs. Any proposed AI or orchestration service is identified separately. Expected costs are explained before you decide to proceed; nothing is purchased on your behalf without approval.
Who is a good fit?
- An established small business within roughly 50 miles of ZIP 19403 in the Greater Philadelphia area.
- An owner or representative authorized to discuss the business and approve access.
- A repeatable, low-risk task, with a clear starting point and a useful outcome.
- Existing cloud tools whose required access and integrations can be verified.
- Someone available to test the result and review the handoff.
You do not need to know which automation tool to use. A description of the task, its frequency, and the current process is enough to begin evaluating fit.
What is outside the pilot?
Payment handling, sensitive records, bulk outreach, automatic customer replies, custom applications, and data migrations are excluded. The pilot does not provide continuous monitoring, unlimited revisions, or an ongoing operational guarantee.
A request may be narrowed, deferred, or declined if it cannot be delivered safely within the scope. Every named app or integration must be checked; an example is not a promise that a particular connector is supported.
How selection and ownership work
The first cohort is three accepted businesses, with one build active at a time. Selection considers task fit, risk, access readiness, and available capacity, not just application order. Submitting an application does not reserve a slot or create a delivery deadline.
The workflow is intended to run in your own business accounts. You receive the agreed setup and handoff documentation. Third-party platforms still control their subscriptions, licenses, export options, and access requirements; those details are checked during scoping.
There is no required paid project or support subscription. You can maintain the result yourself or request a separate quote. Feedback is welcome, while reviews, referrals, and permission to share your results remain optional.
Not sure where to begin?
Compare a lead intake workflow with a weekly reporting workflow. Choose the smallest repetitive task that has a clear outcome and does not need sensitive data.
