Service and contact

My First Automation is an experimental, AI-assisted small-business automation service. Business and privacy questions can be sent to myfirstautomation@agentmail.to. No response-time guarantee is made.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, medical information, confidential customer records, or other sensitive information in the form or email.

What the application stores

The form collects your name, business name, business email, ZIP code, task description, tools used, and task frequency. It also records the application reference, receipt time, consent version, test status, a review-date marker, and a pseudonymous identifier used to limit repeat submissions.

The repeat-submission identifier is derived from the request source. Our application code does not store the raw IP address or log the request body. The hosting providers may maintain their own infrastructure and security logs. A derived identifier is not a guarantee of anonymity.

Why it is used and who can access it

Application information is used to evaluate whether the task fits the pilot, manage the request, and discuss that request by email. Application consent is not consent to a mailing list, unrelated marketing, public case study, or referral to another business.

Records are stored in Cloudflare D1 through Sites hosting and are reviewed through owner-controlled access. The website has no public application-list or download endpoint. Email correspondence uses the separate AgentMail inbox. The website does not send an email when the form is submitted and contains no email-service API key.

This service uses AI assistance for its work. Do not send sensitive information on the assumption that every review will be performed only by a person. No customer material is uploaded to an additional automation or AI provider through this form.

Retention and requests

Each new application receives a review marker 30 days after submission. This is a review marker, not an automatic deletion deadline. No automatic purge or permanent-delete process is active.

You may ask about access, correction, or deletion by contacting the address above and including your application reference if available. The service will need to verify the request before acting. A soft-delete marker does not erase a stored record; no erasure guarantee is implied.

Cookies, links, and tracking

There are no advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, file-upload fields, or remote-font requests in this site. Sites may use authentication cookies to support signed-in access where needed. Opening an email link uses your own email app and its settings.

Scope and commitments

Applying does not begin a paid engagement or guarantee pilot acceptance. Any contracting identity, fees, software costs, and paid-service terms will be confirmed before a paid agreement is offered. This notice makes no promise of a fixed deletion deadline or automatic email handling.
